How should I prepare for my first class?

The most important thing is to show up! After that, it’s great to have an empty stomach (try not to eat 1 - 2 hrs before your session), wear comfortable (non-restrictive) clothing, and to be in a place where you can comfortably sit or lie down.

Is breathwork really accessible to everyone?

Yes, breathwork is about working with yourself - where you are today (not where you were yesterday, or where you’ll be tomorrow) so it is truly accessible to everyone. Most of my courses are conducted via Google Meet, which provides transcription. I am also able to provide visual cues if needed. How do I get the most out of each session?

Try to pay attention to your body, the way it feels before, during, and after the session. And do what feels best to you. From there, practice - a short 5 minute breathing session as you transition to sleep, or when you need a break at work is all you need to keep going :)
