From stronger athletic performance, deeper sleep, higher energy, sharper focus, to better emotion regulation - returning to anatomically correct breathing (how we all are born breathing - from the diaphragm) puts you in control of your goals and journey.

With each service, we put you at the center to provide you with the research backed tools to put you in control of your breathing.

90 Minute Private Sessions

Offered as individual or as small group sessions, I work with you to identify your current breathing baseline, understand your goals, and develop the breathwork plan that will most support your journey.

Unsure of where you want to start? The standard private session includes:

1) Breathing Types & Baseline Assessment (30 min) - We’ll take your Breathing IQ to determine your breathing type. You’ll learn about common breathing types, the LOM (location of motion) and ROM (range of motion) or your breathing, impact on the body, and secondary breathing dysfunctions.

2) Physiology of Breathing (30 min) - We’ll discuss the physiology of breathing and the impact on the body of leveraging correct breathing mechanics.

3) Breathwork Exercises (30 min) - We’ll then introduce foundational breathing exercises to begin your journey.

Pricing starts at $175 for 1:1, $150 per person for small groups

60 Minute Group Sessions

Offered once a month on a rolling basis, these 60-min breathwork sessions open with a discussion on the class theme, followed by focused breathwork to support the understanding of the lecture. Themes include:

  • The Respiration System - Breathing is more than simply inhaling air into our lungs, and then exhaling the same air back out. Learn the internal system which is triggered with each inhale and exhale and the muscles which most support this system in these sessions.

  • The Science of Breath Holding - Intentional breath holding induces a host of benefits, from increasing your lung capacity to decreasing your heart rate. Learn what happens in your body during each breath hold and practice your ability to comfortably hold your breath in these sessions.

  • Breathing and Breath Holding for Surfing - On land training for in water performance. These sessions are composed of dynamic breathing and breath holding exercises to get you ready for you next paddle and wipe out.

  • Breathwork for Athleticism - Learn how to use your breathwork to power your efforts, delivering optimal oxygen to your muscles for faster and longer performance, keeping breathlessness at bay, and using your breath to pace and measure your performance.

  • Breathwork for Relaxation and Focus - Breathwork is a potent tool to reduce anxiety and calm your nerves during times of tension. Understand why this is and learn a variety of relaxation exercises in this course.

$45 per person

There are no 60-min breathwork sessions scheduled at this time.

30 Minute Group Practice

These 30 minute sessions include three breathing and breath holding exercises for you to maintain and continue to advance your breathwork practice. From beginner to advanced, these session are designed to loosen and strengthen your primary breathing muscles and expand your lung capacity from the comfort of your home. Conducted online, with cameras off, come as you are!

These sessions are intended as a tool, so previous involvement in a breathwork class is recommended but not required. Sessions follow a 3-part curriculum - arrival breathwork to ground and begin to awaken breathing muscles, dynamic breathwork to strengthen and expand your lung capacity, and a breath hold practice.

$10 drop in, packages available

Tuesday evening from 8pm - 8:30pm PT and Friday morning from 8am - 8:30am PT

Group Sessions

Customized based on your group/teams individual needs, group sessions are typically 90-minutes. Our standard curriculum includes:

  • Overview of the respiratory system, breathing types, and the impact on the body (45 min)

  • Guided Breathwork Practice (30 min)

  • Key Takeaways + Q&A (15 min)
